Zucchini Bread Questions

Anyone have THE PERFECT zucchini bread recipe?

Do you have to have chocolate chips, or are you a zucchini purist?

Is there a quick and easy way to shred up all that zucchini?

    Make certain you drain the shredded zuccnini or the bread mix is too wet. I've put some lemon zest with the juice of the lemon in it.
