Welcome Back!
Hello YFM friends! Believe it or not, the Yakima Fruit Market re-opening is just a few weeks away. After a nice month off, Dale and the crew headed back to work this morning to begin the annual set-up process. I just realized last night how much I missed having fresh produce around - and how horribly we eat during the winter months! We're craving melon for breakfast, berries over ice cream, homemade pico de gallo, grilled zucchini, steamed asparagus and tender brussels sprouts.

I was just chatting with family last night about how much I miss the prunes!
