Fall Squash
Apples of all kinds. Try the honeycrisp.
Sugar pie pumpkins
Corn stalks
Pears
Nectarines (get 'em soon!)
Peaches (get 'em soon!)
My current favorite dinner-veggie is acorn squash, halved, seeded, and microwaved face down for 10 minutes. Scoop it out in to a bowl, add some butter and brown sugar, and tell yourself it's healthy because it's squash!
